At MR POWERZ, we move fast and make sure your gear gets to you safely. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is processed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment team for shipment.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on the move.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days (U.S.)
Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Split Shipments
To get your order to you faster, we may ship items separately.
This means:
- You might receive multiple tracking numbers
- Packages may arrive on different days
Don’t worry, if you ordered multiple items, they’re all on the way.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 1–3 days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.
Shipping Issues & Delays
If your package is delayed, stuck, or not updating:
- Give it a couple days first (carriers can lag)
- Then reach out to us at [your support email]
We’ll look into it and handle it.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If we detect that your package was damaged in transit, we will:
- Automatically reship your order
- Provide you with a new tracking number
If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it:
- Contact us and we’ll investigate immediately
We make sure you get your order, no excuses.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned:
- We will reship it once confirmed
- Additional shipping fees may apply
Returns Related to Shipping
If you receive your item and decide it’s not for you:
- Reach out to us for return instructions
- Once we receive the item, we’ll issue a full refund
