HOW TO RETURN
Contact us at info@mrpowerz.com with your order number to initiate a return
We'll provide you with our return address and return authorization
Pack the item securely and ship it back using your preferred carrier (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility)
Once we receive and approve your return, receive your refund within 5-7 business days

REFUND ELIGIBILITY
We offer refunds for eligible items returned within 60 days of purchase. All refunds are subject to our approval and the item meeting our return conditions. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

REFUND PROCESS

The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after we process the refund.
